    The paleo challenge at Amity begins this month on October 19th and continues for 4 weeks until November 15th. This is a great way to get on track with some healthy nutrition to support your daily physical training. Over the course of the 4 weeks you will learn more about the paleo diet and we will dispel common myths and mis-applications of the diet as it pertains to high intensity exercise.
